DUTIES of PEORIA/SURPRISE FORD Sales / Product Specialist / internet sales reps

• Develops relationships with potential customers who contact the dealership in person, phone or internet.
• Oversee and manage daily operations of your sales/internet leads
• Prepare metrics and reports that can be used to measure your performance
• Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions received via the phone or internet.
• Performs a consultative approach to educating the potential customer on the vehicle of interest and suggesting additional products and services to meet their needs.
• Schedules sales appointment for the potential customer to visit the dealership and look at the vehicle.
• Support and achieve the customer service, Internet and Dealership sales goals.
• Meet requirements of state and federal law for retail auto sales and consumer protection.
• Privately Owned and operated Selling over 350 vehicles monthly
• Supportive Management to ensure your success

Qualifications:

• 1 year retail sales/phone sales experience/Bilingual a plus
• Previous customer service/sale experience in a call center environment preferred
• Superior computer skills and professional phone manner
• Attentive to details and ability to follow-through with the sales process
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others
• Effective communicator with active-listening skills
• Self-motivated and desire to be the best
• Knowledgeable, experienced or trainable on the vehicles sold and the physical sales process
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check
• Valid and current Driver's License with ability to maintain a good driving record
